Actress Joke Jigan cries out over death threats from an assassin
The surge in instances where celebrities are receiving death threats from unidentified sources has reached a concerning level. Starting from Yul Edochie’s daughter, Danielle, to Eniola Badmus and now Joke Jigan, celebrities must not underestimate their security.
Joke Jigan, the Yoruba actress, took to her Instagram to share chat screenshots with a man who had threatened her.
According to the conversations, the man, who seems acquainted with the actress, revealed that he had been closely observing her for a few days and found her innocent of the allegations against her.
He disclosed being offered money to end the actress’s life, but he refrained because he believed in her innocence. However, he cautioned Joke against involving the police, warning of potential consequences if she did so.
Unfazed, Joke responded by urging him to proceed with his threats, asserting that she wouldn’t negotiate with him.
Captioning the chats, she noted how the situation of things in the country is bad.
