Nollywood star Toyin Abraham commends the organizers of the 2024 African Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) for their outstanding efforts in a recent statement.

In a since-deleted social media post, the actress and filmmaker shared a picture of Busola Tejumola, the Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels at MultiChoice, expressing admiration for her flawless execution of the awards.
Abraham emphasized that this edition of the AMVCA was unparalleled in its excellence and authenticity.
She wrote: “Best and realest AMVCA ever welldone @busola.tejumola You did well and Yes @africamagic welldone we love you”
Some social media users speculated that her commendation of AMVCA stemmed from her colleague and rival, Funke Akindele, not receiving any awards despite being nominated.
