Ashabi Simple shows off her gain as she deletes Portable’s memories from her Instagram
Nollywood actress Akinyanju Omobolarinde, also known as Ashabi Simple, has reportedly purged her Instagram profile of all memories involving her baby daddy, singer Habib Okikiola, also known as Portable.
This action came in response to intense criticism Ashabi Simple faced on social media after Portable publicly criticized her for participating in an interview about their relationship.
Portable, known for his controversial statements, condemned his baby mama for suggesting that he only shows interest in her, despite having other wives and baby mamas. He also accused her of disrespecting his first wife during the interview.
In light of this, Ashabi Simple removed all posts featuring Portable from her Instagram page, a move widely interpreted as a response to the disrespect she faced on social media.
The actress shared a photo of her son on her Instagram story, emphasizing that the young boy brings her joy.
Several months ago, Ashabi Simple expressed indifference towards Portable’s habit of showcasing his wives on social media. She reconciled herself with the fact that the singer already had multiple baby mamas before her.
Subsequently, Ashabi Simple penned a note to Portable, expressing gratitude for his consistent efforts to be the first person to wish her a happy birthday and for surprising her with gifts.
She admitted that though she isn’t his favorite, he still shows love for her, and his concern speaks for itself. She revealed that she wasn’t even expecting anything closer to this.
In October, we reported that the fast-rising actress treated her baby daddy to a surprise after his return to Nigeria.
The movie star had gone all out for her man welcoming him home with balloons, love cards, roses, wines, and more, which caught him off guard and left him speechless. The singer, who was impressed with her grand gesture, held on to her as the lovebirds kissed.
In her caption, Ashabi stated that it was her little way of appreciating his hard work and support and for conantly making them proud.
