BBNaija: Handi addresses Ben’s law suit, makes bold declaration
Evicted Big Brother Naija Season Nine housemate, Handi, has addressed fellow contestant Ben’s lawsuit concerning her allegation of sexual molestation, clarifying her position on the matter.
In a previous interview with Cool FM, Ben disclosed his intention to pursue legal action against Handi and Wanni over the allegations of sexual misconduct.
Additionally, Ben stated that he is waiting for footage from Big Brother Naija organizers, MultiChoice, to review the incident.
During a recent interview, Handi confirmed that Ben had sexually molested her and later apologized for his actions.
She shared that she had initially considered taking legal action against Ben but ultimately decided against it due to their personal connection and his heartfelt apology.
Nevertheless, Handi emphasized that she is prepared to take legal action if necessary and reaffirmed her stance on the incident.
She said ,”I still stand my ground on what Ben did, but I have forgotten about the issue. After the Saturday night party, he came and apologized to me, and I decided to drop the case”.
