Bnxn clears UNILORIN student’s ₦87,430 school fees after online plea
Nigerian singer-songwriter Bnxn, professionally known as Benson, has generously paid a University of Ilorin student’s outstanding school fees of ₦87,430.
This gesture of kindness came in response to a tweet from the student, who had asked for help under a post made by the singer.
Earlier that day, Bnxn had shared a message with his fans, which led the student to comment, requesting assistance with his registration fees.
In the comment, the student included a screenshot of his school dashboard showing the unpaid amount, along with his mobile banking number, in hopes of receiving support from the artist.
He wrote, “Help a brother stay in school 8123792507 Opay.”
Shortly after, Bnxn responded with a simple yet powerful caption: “Done,” indicating that he had fulfilled the student’s request.
In a heartfelt reply, the grateful student expressed his appreciation, saying, “Received, wow! I’m so grateful I’m truly humbled by your kindness. Your support will help me pursue my passion.”
“I pray you succeed ahead of your peers in all ramifications. Thank you for making good music; you’re an inspiration!!! Ka sha miliki.”
