Nigerian music sensation Burna Boy expressed his disapproval of the Nigerian government’s contemplation of military intervention in Niger Republic.
During an Instagram Live session on August 8, the artist, known as ‘Odogwu,’ criticized the government’s intentions to invade Niger Republic following a military junta takeover.
While seen smoking weed, Burna Boy raised concerns about the feasibility of such an invasion considering the ongoing fuel subsidy crisis faced by the federal government.
“Fuel no dey, you wan go fight war. How you can take reach battlefield?” he asked, sparking laughter among his friends.
