Burna Boy reportedly renovates ‘Cheshire’ orphanage home in Port Harcourt
According to reports, Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy, has recently refurbished an orphanage called ‘Cheshire Home’ located in Port Harcourt.
This update was posted on X (formerly Twitter) by a user named @benny7gg, who accompanied the announcement with the caption: “An orphanage home, ‘Cheshire Home’ in Port Harcourt, has undergone a complete renovation.
Burna Boy fully funded the project, which was executed by The Reach NG and is set to be officially opened today. Let’s offer prayers for ODG in the comments.”
Since the story surfaced, numerous media outlets have shared and commented on the post, attributing the renovation to the acclaimed Nigerian musician.
Meanwhile, Burna Boy has yet to confirm or dismiss the statement.
This news comes not long after fellow singer Davido donated 300 million naira to orphanages in Nigeria, sharing evidence and a list of the orphanages set to receive the donations.
