Chioma Akpotha, others rage as Netflix ‘messes’ Femi Adebayo’s hard work
Nollywood actress Chioma Akpotha and others have expressed outrage over Netflix’s handling of Femi Adebayo’s upcoming project.
For a while now, Femi Adebayo has been building excitement among his fans by sharing short teasers of his soon-to-be-released film on Netflix.
The producer of Jagun Jagun had fans eagerly anticipating his latest blockbuster, Seven Doors. However, as Adebayo continued to engage his audience with snippets, Netflix surprised everyone by releasing the movie’s trailer on its official Instagram page before the producer did.
This unexpected move angered many, prompting criticism of Netflix’s actions. Chioma Akpotha, in particular, expressed frustration over what she viewed as a lack of strategic planning in the film’s promotion. Fans and others also took to Netflix’s page to voice their displeasure.
