Deeone calls out Verydarkman over N200M NGO donation
Controversy has flared as Nigerian comedian Deeone publicly confronted critic Verydarkman over a ₦200 million NGO donation, demanding transparency.
According to Gistreel, Verydarkman recently launched an NGO aimed at improving Nigeria’s education sector, which called for public donations.
In a recent Instagram video, Deeone questioned the handling of the funds and criticized the silence from key figures in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
Deeone warned that if he takes action against Verydarkman, he won’t be swayed by appeals, adding that criticism won’t deter him. He emphasized that Verydarkman, who often calls out influential figures online, should also be held accountable for the donation.
“Verydarkman needs to be held accountable. Where is the NGO he made people donations for?.The reason many celebrities are quiet is because he has their secrets”,He stated.
