Deji Adeyanju slams Burna boy over Speed Darlington’s rearrest
Prominent lawyer and human rights advocate, Deji Adeyanju, has criticized Grammy Award-winning artist Burna Boy following the rearrest of Speed Darlington.
It was previously reported that Speed Darlington had been arrested by Burna Boy due to controversial comments he made about the singer’s Grammy win and his association with troubled American rapper Diddy Combs.
Shortly after returning to Nigeria, Speed Darlington was rearrested in Imo State, prompting speculation among fans about the reasons behind his detention.
Amid these rumors, Deji Adeyanju took to Facebook to accuse Burna Boy of oppressing Speed Darlington. He further criticized the singer for contradicting his stance against oppression.
His post reads,”Burna Boy behind harassment of Speed Darlington by the police. This is someone who has being singing against oppression and forming junior Fela now oppressing Akpi”.
