Deyemi Okanlawon, others react as Pastor Jerry Eze tops YouTube earnings
Pastor Jerry Eze recently achieved something, and Deyemi Okanlawon and Nigerian-American dancer Korra Obidi have responded.
As we previously reported, the creator of Streams of Joy and Declaration (NSPPD) has the highest revenue on YouTube in Nigeria. The pastor, who primarily streams his prayer meetings live from the site, has become Nigeria’s highest-earning YouTube creator, having amassed almost N7 billion from the practice.
Playboard, a data curation platform, claims that Eze makes over N7 million every day, with a record-breaking N21 million in revenue in a single day on July 16, 2023, thanks to a spike in visitor traffic. With 2.1 million subscribers, his YouTube channel has grown to become a digital sanctuary for people looking for prayer both in Nigeria and around the world.
Reacting to the news, Deyemi Okanlawon noted how what God cannot do doesn’t exist.
“What God cannot do does not exist”.
Twitter personality Solomon Buchi sent a message to the pastor’s haters, telling them to start their own YouTube channels if they think the clergyman is a businessman.
“If you think he’s a businessman, why not start your own channel. Haters”.
Dancer Korra Obidi stated that Pastor Jerry Eze is one billionaire she can’t be mad at, as he has helped many people.
“This is one billionaire I cannot be mad at. He has helped a lot of people”.
