Their baby arrived shortly after Ekene Umenwa’s husband celebrated his birthday.
In an Instagram post, the actress expressed her gratitude, attributing the joyful experience to God’s mercy, and described her pregnancy journey as truly wonderful.
Along with her message, Ekene Umenwa shared a video of herself dressed in Catholic attire, gently cradling her baby bump.
She captioned the video, “I am truly blessed by the Lord’s mercy. My pregnancy journey was an amazing experience, and I give praise to the Blessed Trinity and honor to Mother Mary, who accompanied me every step of the way. Inspired by a vision I received while praying at the grotto, I am filled with immense joy to dress as Mother Mary, whom I hold dear. Although I feel unworthy to stand in her presence, her mercy has touched me deeply”.
