Empress Njamah, heartbroken as she speaks on the trauma of Junior Pope’s death
Nollywood actress Empress Njamah, still mourning the loss of her best friend Ada Ameh, has been left even more heartbroken by the death of Junior Pope.
After his funeral on Friday, she expressed her sorrow on Instagram, revealing that his death had been incredibly difficult for her, making it hard for her to post about him earlier.
She shared her struggle to accept the reality, hoping it was all a dream, but seeing his coffin confirmed the heartbreaking truth.
Empress also mentioned that the past few days have been traumatic for her, and her doctor advised people to let her cry. She acknowledged that while her tears won’t bring him back, she hopes he rests in peace and knows he will be missed.
She added that both Junior Pope and her late friend Ada Ameh were full of life and a joy to be around, yet death took them away too soon.
“ITS BEEN VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO PUT UP YOUR PICTURE TO WRITE ANYTHING. I have been struggling, hoping that it’s a dream, but when I saw that coffin, I realised you’re truly gone @jnrpope. The past few days have been very traumatising for me; the Dr said allow her, leave her, it’s ok to cry out and give her some space. I know my tears can’t bring you back, JP. Keep resting; you will be missed, my friend
ADA AMEH and JNR POPE WHERE FULL OF LIFE AND FUN TO BE WITH; there was NEVER A DULL MOMENT WITH THEM. DEATH YOU JUST HAD TO TAKE THEM AWAY FROM US
YOU WILL BE MISSED”.
