French bakers beat the world record for the longest baguette
French bakers achieved a new Guinness World Record on Sunday by crafting a baguette measuring 140.5 meters (461 feet) long in Suresnes, located on the outskirts of Paris.
This impressive feat surpassed the previous record held by a 132.62-meter (435-foot) loaf baked in Como, Italy, in 2019.
A portion of the elongated baguette was distributed among the French populace, while the remainder was donated to homeless individuals.
