Nollywood actress Regina Daniels recently shared how her mother and family initially opposed her marriage to older politician Ned Nwoko.
In a TikTok live session with friends, Regina dismissed rumors that she was forced into the marriage, clarifying that she had many romantic options, with over 20 boyfriends at the time she met Ned. She explained that she was actually on her way to visit one of those boyfriends when she first crossed paths with Ned Nwoko.
Now a mother of two, Regina advised other women not to let their boyfriends prevent them from finding their true partners, hinting that she plans to reveal her full story one day.
“I was on my way to see my boyfriend, frustrated and telling my mom, ‘Why do we all need to go and do sightseeing?’. But when we arrived, we met a charming man. Moral of the story: Don’t let your boyfriend keep you from meeting your husband.”
When I saw him with my husband, I forgot I was supposed to have a boyfriend. At that time, I had like 20 boyfriends. All serving different purposes.
