“I dated a married man and I couldn’t leave him” – Kiitan Bukola
Yoruba film actress Kiitan Bukola, a familiar face in the industry, recently shared insights into her past relationship with a married man, shedding light on the challenges she faced in moving on.
During a video interview with media personality Damilola Banire, posted on Oyinmomotv’s YouTube channel, Bukola opened up about her experience, admitting the difficulty she encountered in ending the affair due to the fulfillment it brought her.
Growing up in a polygamous family with her father marrying multiple women and fathering 19 children, Bukola believes her upbringing influenced her perspective on relationships.
She suggests that some individuals may explore polygamous marriages as an alternative because they find dissatisfaction in their current marital situations.
In her own words, she expressed, “Some marriages aren’t perfect, leading individuals to seek fulfillment elsewhere, possibly through exploring polygamous arrangements.”
“I came from a polygamous family, and there is a limit to what I can say when it comes to marriage because my father married five wives and has nineteen children.
“I dated a married man and I couldn’t leave him because I was enjoying the relationship.
