“I sing for the devil” – Terry G makes shocking confession
Renowned Nigerian musician Terry G confidently characterizes his music style as a departure from the glorification of God. The artist, known for hits like “Knack You Akpako,” expressed this viewpoint in a teaser for an upcoming episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast.
Terry G emphasized that contrary to common belief, secular artists don’t uplift God but rather, their music directly celebrates the devil.
Drawing from his own experience, he clarified that his music genre isn’t gospel but rather falls under the secular category.
In his words, “I am a secular musician. I sing for the devil. We [secular musicians] sing for the devil, we praise the devil. We don’t glorify God. Abi all this one wey we dey do, you think say na God we dey do am for?”
keniemoh4real09 noted: “Unfortunately, some of our gospel singers now derive inspiration from these so-called secular artistes.”
