“I’m the funniest Nigerian comedian in the world” – Carter Efe
Prominent skitmaker and musician, Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, known as Carter Efe, has strongly refuted claims suggesting that his skits lack humor. In a recent appearance on Cool FM Nigeria’s Big Friday Show, hosted by the renowned BBNaija reality star, Tacha Akide, Carter Efe boldly asserted that he ranks among Nigeria’s funniest comedians, and his comedic prowess stands unmatched on a global scale.
With confidence, he boasted that while he had previously encountered negative comments regarding his comedy, such criticism has significantly dwindled. Carter Efe anticipates that, in due time, his critics will transform into ardent admirers of his comedic talents.
He said …
“I see comments on social media saying my skits are not funny. But I can tell you I am the funniest comedian on earth. I’m funnier than whoever you call. There’s nobody you want to call that is funnier than me.
“Very soon my critics will start believing me. Now I do see positive comments on my videos. Some of the commentators said I’m becoming one of the best skit makers in Nigeria. But some of the critics don just like me. They don’t even watch my skits, they just conclude that I’m not funny.”
Furthermore, Carter Efe disclosed that he takes in 20,000 dollars per video content from Facebook and N5 million per advert.
