“It takes a courageous person to apologize” – Damola Olatunji to Nkechi Blessing’s public apology to TAMPAN
Nollywood actor Damola Olatunji has expressed pride in his colleague, Nkechi Blessing, after she publicly apologized to the Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners of Nigeria (TAMPAN) and its president, Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr. Latin, during an entertainment awards event in Canada.
Nkechi Blessing stirred the internet when she knelt to publicly acknowledge her mistakes before TAMPAN, seeking forgiveness from its leaders and requesting that her industry ban be lifted.
Following the incident, Damola Olatunji shared the viral clip on his social media, praising the actress’s humility and bravery.
Olatunji remarked that it took courage for her to admit her mistakes, and he expressed admiration for her action while warmly welcoming Nkechi Blessing back into the TAMPAN association.
