Iyabo Ojo explains her ‘Queen Mother’ title as she set date for Priscy’s wedding
Nollywood actress and filmmaker Iyabo Ojo recently revealed the meaning behind her well-known title, “Queen Mother,” as she announced the date for her daughter Priscilla Ojo’s wedding.
Iyabo shared stunning photos of herself and Priscilla in matching white outfits, celebrating the upcoming wedding in style. In her social media post, she explained that the nickname “Queen Mother” originated from her daughter being a queen, with Iyabo herself as her proud mother.
Referring to themselves as the ultimate duo, the actress expressed her admiration and love for her daughter.

Although they are yet to disclose the specific date for the wedding, Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux will be getting married in 2025. Different hashtags created on social media in respect to their wedding hinted the year.
It is no news or surprise that Priscilla Ojo and her beloved, Juma Jux are set to wed. Their nuptial news had taken over the internet since the past months when they unveiled their relationship to the public.
There was dispute and speculations about the genuity of their union. Many had claimed it was a PR stunt for the Tanzanian singer while others believed it was a one time affair. All doubts were set aside when they announced their marriage publicly.
Recall that Iyabo Ojo became a grandmother in September when her step daughter, Vanessa Okoye welcomed her daughter in the US.

The mother of two who could not curtail her joy declared herself a grandmother and welcomed her step daughter into the motherhood journey.
She congratulated her lover on his new title as a grandfather.
