Jaywon reflects on lessons learned from Diddy’s assault incident
Nigerian singer Jaywon has reflected on the insights and lessons he gained from American rapper Diddy’s assault incident.
In a disturbing video released by CNN, Diddy was seen assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie at a hotel in 2016, which triggered a wave of outrage online.
Jaywon expressed his hope that no one would ever have to apologize for actions taken during their darkest moments or make a grievous mistake that provokes anger and condemnation from others.
He wrote: “A lot to learn from this Diddy’s story. Pray you never find your self in a place where you have to Apologize for things you did in your dark moments or make mistakes that will be so horrible to make right cuz even the people who are worst than you will judge and crucify you…”
