Kanayo Kanayo laments over the poverty in Nigeria as he shares video of dogs living better lives
Veteran Nollywood actor Kanayo Kanayo has expressed his sorrow over the difficult conditions many are facing in Nigeria.
In a post on his Instagram, the actor shared a TikTok video showing two dogs abroad enjoying a luxurious lifestyle.
The video featured the dogs dressed in pajamas, sleeping on a luxury bed, and being gently woken up by their owner. The owner also showcased the lavish breakfast she prepares for the dogs every day.
Reacting to the video, Kanayo said it left him feeling upset due to the hunger and hardship in Nigeria. He lamented that dogs overseas seem to live in better conditions, with better food and beds, than many Nigerians. He questioned how people could compare living in such hardship to the life of a pampered dog.
Sending a message to Nigerians, he told the citizens that God would be with them as he prayed for them.
