“Keep resting” – Mimi Orjiekwe buries late father in grand style
Nollywood star Mimi Orjiekwe has bid a final farewell to her late father, Ozo Dr. Thomas Chukwuike Orjiekwe, in a lavish ceremony.
After the passing of her father on November 4, 2023, following a brief illness and surrounded by family and loved ones, Mimi has now shared glimpses of the grand burial on her Instagram page.
The burial, which took place on April 6, 2024, was marked by unique and memorable celebrations. Mimi expressed her heartfelt prayers for her father to rest in eternal peace until they reunite.
In addition, she extended her gratitude to all those who contributed to making the event special and unforgettable.
Mimi wrote: “Yesterday we laid our father Ochendo to rest .. Keep resting Dad. Dr Tc Orjiekwe .. Till we meet to part no more . We love you .. Thank you @henfrancessevent for making my daddy’s day Big .. (But we didn’t see the RR Ambulance) Thank you @ducaksevent .. You made it a celebration of life for us ..
