Laide Bakare beams with pride as she officially gets conferred with Doctorate degree from American University
Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has officially earned a Doctorate degree.
Last month, it was reported that Laide had achieved another milestone by obtaining a Doctorate Degree. The mother of three shared that she received an Honorary Doctorate in Arts & Humanities from the American University of Peace and Governance, USA.
Taking to her Instagram page, Laide announced that she can now be addressed as “Dr.” She shared photos from the ceremony, explaining that the degree recognizes her dedication to governance, leadership, and service to humanity.
“It is now official to be addressed as Hon. (Dr.) Laide Bakare.
This honor bestowed on me as a Doctor Of Arts & humanities (Honoris Causa) by the American University of Peace and Governance, USA (www.aupgedu.us) is a motivation geared towards dedication to Governance, leadership and service to humanity.
