Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has joined her colleagues in mourning the passing of Zeenat Balogun, daughter of veteran actor Saidi Balogun.
On her Instagram page, she shared a TikTok video of herself and Zeenat from a movie set, reflecting on their final moments together.
Laide described Zeenat as a vibrant and healthy young woman, expressing disbelief over her sudden death. She shared that she woke up to rumors about Zeenat’s passing, remembering that they were together on set just last month. She also mentioned trying to reach out to Saidi but was unable to contact him.
“Woke up to some negative hearsay About @Zeenatbaogun. This was just on set last month; a very active and healthy young lady; how can she? What’s this talk about? This is not clear o!! I tried @saidibalogun immediately, couldn’t reach him. E gba mi! Ki Lon Se le?? Deleting post soon Abeg!”.
