Man dressed as 7ft penis is arrested for harassing women
Police arrested a Brazilian man who dressed up as a 7ft penis giant after complaints from women that he was harassing them.
Military Police in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, arrested the man dressed as the giant phallus in the city center on Sunday for ‘acting suspiciously’.
An image of the arrest shows the man in an inflatable manhood costume being led away peacefully by an officer.
According to local media, carnival goers claimed that he was using his costume as a chaser for women participating in city parades.
He wasn’t the only Carnival reveler who was seized over the weekend.
A 20-year-old dressed up as a prisoner was arrested by police in Santa Luzia (Minas Gerais State) as he attempted to leave his home to participate in a parade. Officers approached him as he was about to board a bus for Belo Horizonte along with a friend.
The suspect was wearing a red top, shorts with the acronym of the National Penitentiary Department (DEPEN), and a homemade electronic ankle tag.
Officers seized 15 portions of cannabis and another 15 of cocaine from the bum bag worn by one of the men.
The pair confessed to the cops that they were planning to take some of the drugs and sell the rest at Carnival.
