Missing five-year-old found in Florida swamp
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has released video of the heartwarming moment when a five-year-old girl who had gone missing was discovered in a swampy forested area in Florida.
Using a thermal-imaging camera, authorities were able to locate the girl and dispatched deputies to her whereabouts. They reached her less than an hour after she was reported missing.
The child, who has autism, had wandered away from her residence. Thankfully, she was found unharmed about half a mile from her home.
