Moment road collapses from severe flash flooding
The port of Volos in central Greece is now covered with dead fish, which were displaced from lakes and rivers during last year’s severe flooding.
Thousands of silver fish have blanketed the port, creating a strong odor that has alarmed both residents and authorities.
The massive floods in Greece’s Thessaly region last year are believed to have forced the fish into the sea, eventually bringing them to Volos.
