“My boyfriend broke up with me because I kissed Groovy” – Uriel
Uriel Oputa, a former contestant on Big Brother Naija, shared that her previous relationship ended, in part, due to her kiss with colleague Groovy.
The incident, which gained attention last year when they were photographed kissing at an event, was clarified by Uriel, explaining it was part of a business advertisement.
Reflecting on the impact on her personal life, the ex-BBNaija ‘All Stars’ participant disclosed that the viral video played a role in the breakup with her former boyfriend.
She said; “My ex-boyfriend, let me tell you that [kiss] was one of the reasons we broke up. It was too much, and I understand that it was part of the reason but work is work.”
