Taking to Instagram, the acclaimed singer expressed frustration over what he perceives as a decline in his career. In a since-deleted post, Bieber lamented his decision to collaborate on the remix of Wizkid’s “Essence,” featuring Tems.
He claimed that his career took a downturn following his involvement with “Essence,” a sentiment that seems disconnected from the song’s success. Following his regrets regarding the collaboration, Bieber posted a selfie showing him in tears.
Wizkid has yet to respond to Justin Bieber, and while that is unlikely because the singer tends to avoid online drama, he just might, and this is because Essence was one of Wizkid’s biggest hits in recent times.
