“Never give up”- Davido shares his grass-to-grace photos
In a recent update, Afrobeat sensation Davido has posted a throwback image of himself from about a decade ago alongside a current snapshot. He shared these on the X platform with the caption “Never Give Up,” accompanied by a picture of himself with a longtime friend.
Additionally, he presented a before-and-after comparison, showcasing their journey from adversity to success. Alongside, he included another image featuring himself and another close friend.
However, Davido faced criticism from Netizens for releasing a single shortly after the tragic passing of Junior Pope. On Twitter, many expressed their disapproval, citing it as insensitive and suggesting he could have postponed the release out of respect for the somber event.
Also recall that about a week ago, Kemi Filani had reported that musical artist and producer Sam Clef had compared Dammy Krane to Davido. He revealed that before Davido became known in Nigeria and globally, Dammy Krane had always existed.
