Ogun students to get free surgery
Sagamu’s Chief Medical Director, Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital (Sagamu), has revealed that 200 Ogun State indigent children will receive free medical treatment.
Fatungase said that five days of free pediatric surgery are being carried out by the state government, in collaboration with Leicester Children’s Hospital.
She stated that the program would allow the state to reduce medical tourism as well as give less fortunate people the chance to receive free treatment and operations.

The state governor, Dapo Abiodun, said his administration would continue to do all it could to improve the quality and service delivery of medical personnel in the state.
Abiodun added that his administration would further explore how to deepen the relationship and collaboration between the state government and the Leicester Children’s Hospital.
