Olamide reacts as Adekunle Gold appreciates him for giving him a chance
In celebration of his eight-year journey in the music industry and the release of his debut album, Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has expressed his gratitude to his senior colleague and YBNL boss, Olamide.
Taking to the micro-blogging platform Twitter, now known as X, he reminisced about his first album, “Gold,” produced under Olamide’s record label, and how pivotal it was to his career.
Sharing a photo of the album cover and tracklist, he thanked Olamide for giving him a chance, noting that he was just a young graphic designer when Olamide entrusted him with designing the YBNL logo and welcomed him into the record label.
“Thank you @olamide for giving that young graphic designer the chance to not only design the YBNL logo but to be a part of your family”.
Reacting to it, Olamide reposted the appreciation post on his Twitter page, as he declared the singer his family.
“Fam for life”.
