Pete Edochie mourns Junior Pope, says life was cut short
Nollywood icon Pete Edochie recently expressed sorrow regarding the passing of actor Junior Pope and four others in a boating mishap.
Just weeks ago, Nigerians were shocked by a tragic boat incident that claimed five lives, including that of actor Junior Pope.
In an online-shared video, veteran actor Pete Edochie lamented the premature loss of Junior Pope, whom he referred to as his son.
Edochie characterized Junior Pope as a blessing to humanity, urging fans to honor his memory and disregard any social media controversies surrounding his demise.
Additionally, he acknowledged well-known businessman E-Money volunteering to cater for the children of Junior Pope.
“His life was cut short the way we never expected it; we shall all go someday, but not in this manner. I want to make a general appeal let us pray to God to accept the soul of Junior Pope and cut out the nonsense people have been putting out on social media. Let us allow his soul to rest. I am appealing. My son Junior Pope was a gift to the entire world,” Pete said in a video.
