Many revelers at Afrochella, Ghana, took to social media to complain that they had been robbed of their phones.
Meek Mill, an American rapper, lost his phone at Afrochella.
Others began to trace their phones, and the trace led them back to Mallam Gbawe in Ghana.
Locals discovered a box containing stolen phones when they visited the screen together with police.
The phone seller is now on the run and the police have taken the stolen phones to the Gbawe LAFA police station.
