Rita Dominic, Omoni Oboli, and others console Aphrican Ace following the loss of his baby
Nollywood stars Rita Dominic and Omoni Oboli are sending love and support to Nigerian comedian Dami Olakunle, also known as African Ace, and his wife after the loss of their pre-term baby.
In an emotional Instagram post, the comedian shared that his son, who was born prematurely, had passed away. He explained that his son had been doing remarkably well for a 26-weeker, but on July 28th, they received a devastating call informing them that he had contracted a bacterial infection. From that point, things took a turn for the worse.
Despite the doctors’ warnings, the family remained hopeful due to their son’s resilience and fighting spirit. However, in the early hours of August 1st, with his parents by his side, he passed away.
The comedian expressed the profound pain he and his wife are experiencing, describing how they went from planning to bring their baby home to making arrangements with funeral homes.
Taking to his comment section, Rita Dominic, Omoni Oboli, Ali Baba’s wife, and more sent condolence messages.
