Ruth Kadiri slams movie producers over pressure on actors
Actress and producer Ruth Kadiri has criticized fellow movie producers for the pressure they place on actors.
Addressing the trend of generating views on YouTube, Kadiri, a pioneer in using the platform to distribute films, highlighted that producers now expect actors to secure one million views within a day of uploading their movies.
She encouraged actors not to succumb to such pressure or let producers diminish their happiness.
Kadiri emphasized that achieving a million views should not be seen as the sole measure of success or failure.
She stated, “The ones who never invest in anyone are the ones with the most nonsense to say about others.”
