Funke Akindele has garnered widespread acclaim for partnering with the Lagos State Fire Service in her upcoming movie.
According to reports, the filmmaker plans to feature the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service in her new project, fulfilling a commitment she made during a visit to the agency last month.
To refresh your memory, Funke visited the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service office in Alausa in July, where she expressed her intention to collaborate with the Fire Service.
She revealed her plans to incorporate fire prevention themes into her film, aiming to reduce the incidence of fire outbreaks in the state, educate the public on fire hazards, and promote proactive fire prevention measures.
Now, the Filmmaker has kept to her word by casting the fire service officials in her upcoming movie. This was made known by the Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Lagos State Governor, Jubril Giwa, on his X page.
