“Stop putting me up against my brother, Olamide” – Phyno condemns comparison
Nigerian rap sensation Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, widely known as Phyno, has voiced his frustration over a social media post comparing him to fellow rapper and longtime friend, Olamide.
The discussion was ignited by an influencer on X (formerly Twitter), who asked, “Who’s the GOAT in rap? Phyno or Olamide?”
In a swift and passionate response, Phyno took to his X account to denounce the comparison, urging people to stop fueling divisive debates.
Phyno’s response quickly gained traction, sparking widespread discussion among fans about who truly deserves the title of “Greatest of All Time” (GOAT) in Nigerian rap.
He wrote, “Yo!!! Tf is wrong with u guys for God sake .. stop putting me up against my brother or anybody else for that matter. Do your banter with someone else .. na ala adi agba unu.. wtf.”
