Tears flow as actor, Saint Obi is finally laid to rest in Imo State

Nollywood actor, Obinna Nwafor, more popularly recognized as Saint Obi, has been laid to rest in his native town. Our previous report in May informed about the passing of the film producer and director.

The actor’s demise occurred on Sunday, May 7th, at the residence of one of his siblings in Jos, following an extended period of illness.

Sources indicate that a disagreement among his family members led to the delay in officially confirming his passing, which took nearly a week. Almost three months following his passing, the veteran actor has been interred in his hometown, Alaenyi Ogwa, Imo State.

Photos and video making rounds online showed the moment the actor was laid to rest amidst tears.
