Tems claims Nigerians do not understand her music
Nigerian singer Tems has shared her thoughts on her music, stating that many Nigerians don’t fully comprehend its essence and depth.
In a recent interview, when asked if she feels appreciated and understood by Nigerians, Tems expressed that she doesn’t believe Nigerians completely understand her music and is uncertain about their appreciation. Despite this, she does feel personally valued by Nigerians.
In her words: “Understand, no. I don’t know if they appreciate my music but I feel appreciated as a person by Nigerians.”
