Tiwa Savage declares her status among the top 3 music elites
Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has stirred reactions by asserting her place among Nigeria’s top music icons.
In a recent interview with Beat 99.9FM, she expressed confidence in her ranking among the country’s music elites.
For years, there’s been an ongoing debate over who holds the number one spot among Nigeria’s top three: Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy.
When asked in the interview how she feels about not being included in the top three, Tiwa Savage responded confidently, saying she considers herself the ultimate number one.
She added that if it came down to a head-to-head, talent for talent, she would outshine the top artists.
“Do you feel like you ought to be a part of the big three?” the interview queried.
