Toyin Abraham cries out as she faces off with Funke Akindele’s supporter over her new project
Toyin Abraham has criticized a fan of her colleague and former rival, Funke Akindele, for undermining her efforts.
As Toyin prepares for the December release of her upcoming movie, she posted a throwback photo from her photoshoot with the crew of Ijakumo, hinting at a new shoot for her latest project.
However, a follower compared her work to Funke Akindele’s, accusing Toyin of constantly imitating everything Funke does.
“Must you copy Aunty Funke Akindele in everything Chai?”.
Replying to him, Toyin expressed how tired she is of people saying things about her hard work.
“Pls check my recent post cos I’m tired of you all saying this about my hard work.”
In a since-deleted post on her Instagram page, she stated that she was tired of people putting down her hard work as she noted how she celebrates her crew every time. She stressed that they should stop talking down on her hard work.
