The collision took place near the village of Verkhiv in Rivne region around 15:45 local time (12:45 GMT), as detailed by Oleksandr Koval, the head of the regional military administration, on his Telegram channel. Criminal proceedings have been initiated to investigate the incident, with authorities examining potential causes.
