Ukraine president Zelensky congratulates Tinubu for his emergence as President-elect
Volodymyr Zelensky (President of Ukraine) congratulated Bola Tinubu on his victory in the presidential election.
The Ukrainian president took to Twitter to send his congratulatory message to Tinubu. It read;
