US President Joe Biden’s nephew, Cuffe Biden Owens and wife Meghan split after 2 months of marriage
Joe Biden’s nephew Cuffe Biden Owens and former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Meghan King have gone seperate ways after two months of marriage.
A source told Page Six that Meghan has already told her friends about the split. The source said;
“She has told friends they broke up.”
Though it is unknown when the couple met, they went Instagram-official in September, just a few weeks before saying “I do” on October 11.
Edmonds who she shares three kids with Meghan, told Daily Mail that when he heard the news, “I thought it was a joke. They’d been dating for about four weeks!” He added that he wondered to himself, “Is she pregnant? But is it even possible to know that just four weeks after the first date?”
Speaking to Brides.Com, Meghan said;
“We connected on a dating app, texted for a day or two, then spent five straight hours on the phone the first time we spoke.
“By the time that call ended, Cuffe was booked and packed for a flight to St. Louis that took off in about eight hours. Within a week, we were back on the East Coast, meeting his family, and starting to plan our future together. We didn’t leave each other’s side for weeks.”
The couple held their wedding at Owen’s childhood home in Kennett Square, Penn., in October in front of the President and First lady, Jill Biden.
Owens’ mother, Valerie Biden Owens, is the president’s younger sister and close advisor. Meghan was previously married to her classmate Brad McDill, but they separated in October 2011. She married MLB superstar Jim Edmonds in 2014. They split in 2019 following allegations that Edmonds was unfaithful. The divorce was finalized in May.
