In a feature on CNN, celebrity fashion designer Veekee James shared an emotional account of her humble beginnings.
During her appearance on the multinational news channel, she recounted growing up in a modest home with her mother.
She began her fashion journey by making clothes in her mother’s living room before moving to Akwa Ibom for college.
In 2020, Veekee achieved a significant milestone by relocating her mother from their old apartment to a new one. She also discussed the design program she is currently hosting, underscoring her growth and success in the fashion industry.
