Veteran Actor Yusuf Olorungbebe passes on
Veteran Nollywood actor Yusuf Olorungbebe has tragically passed away after a long struggle with a serious illness. In his final days, the actor was reportedly on life support before eventually succumbing to his condition.
Actress Foluke Daramola shared the heartbreaking news on August 28, 2024, through her official Instagram page, where she expressed her deep sorrow to her followers.
She wrote:
“We lost Yusuf Olorungbebe… We submit to God’s Will. Thank You Everyone!”
Earlier in the week, Daramola had appealed to the public for financial support to cover Olorungbebe’s medical expenses.
She had posted a video on Instagram showing the actor in the hospital and urged for contributions
“Please, no amount is too small for him to live; your support will go a very long way,” she wrote.
Despite the widespread support and prayers from fans and colleagues, Olorungbebe’s health deteriorated, leading to his untimely death.
