“You’re not my God” – Drama as Faithia Williams calls out Funke Akindele for blocking her
Nollywood actress Faithia Williams has publicly addressed her colleague, Funke Akindele, accusing her of blocking her on Instagram.
It was reported earlier that the former friends had unfollowed each other on the platform, leaving fans puzzled.
Online sources suggest that Funke initiated the fallout after Faithia skipped her movie premiere but attended Mercy Aigbe’s event instead. Allegedly, Faithia’s absence was a response to Funke’s decision to skip her father’s burial despite being invited.
In a TikTok post, Faithia called out Funke, stating that she isn’t her God and expressing that she was unbothered by what she referred to as a petty act. The actress also took several indirect jabs at her colleague.
Their fallout is coming as a surprise as last year, Faithia stood solidly by Funke’s side as she promoted her A Trībe Called Judah movie. Faithia had made several pieces of content to help promote the movie.
