Angel Smith tackles married women who make marriage their whole personality
Reality TV personality Angel Smith recently took to Twitter to criticize married women who alter their behavior after marriage.
Over the past 24 hours, a discussion emerged on Twitter regarding the appropriate title for married women to address their friends’ husbands. Some advocated for addressing husbands with the title “Sir” or another respectful term rather than simply using their name.
Angel denounced this notion as absurd, advocating for calling spouses by the names they are known by. She emphasized the current economic challenges and urged people to focus on more pressing matters.
Angel addressed a specific individual named Nikki who insisted on referring to her husband as “Sir.” Angel remarked that she would only use such a title if the individual were financially supporting her education.
She questioned Nikki whether the same protocol would extend to the husband’s friends addressing her as “Ma” upon meeting her.
Furthermore, Angel expressed her preference for her friends to continue using the name they knew her husband by before their marriage.
However, she agreed that marriage is a beautiful institution and that while it is beautiful to love and be seen, it is also important that people do not cut ties with their friends based on irrelevant things.
